Graco | Matrix | Total Fluid Management System

The Graco Matrix Total Fluid Management System offered by Florida Equipment Service is the most current and state of the art, PC based, wireless fluid management system. The Matrix system features Fireball pumps, hose reels, metered dispense valves, software, tank level monitors, and wireless transceiver.
How Matrix Fluid Management works
The Matrix management system transfers, meters, dispenses,
and tracks fluids. Technicians enter work orders directly into the Matrix meter,
the amount of fluid to be dispensed, and triggers the meter. Lubricant is
transferred from the tank room to the meter. Information is routed through the
transceiver to the central computer where it is recorded and invoiced.
Improve profitability with Graco Matrix
When technicians can complete work faster than the allotted standard they are profitable. When service takes longer than the allotted standard money is lost. There is no waiting for the Matrix system because unlimited fluid requests can be processed simultaneously. Matrix eliminates inefficiency and the need for technicians to walk to the parts room for dispense authorization.
Time is saved on data collection and tank monitoring. Matrix automatically records dispense information to the dealer management system for invoicing and inventory management. Inventory shrinkage can be reduced from 10 to 20% annually.
The wireless system is less expensive to install than a wired system.
The Matrix tank monitoring feature eliminates labor costs associated with checking fluid tanks. Oil tank levels are emailed to oil distributors so suppliers know when to schedule deliveries. This eliminates out of stock conditions and associated operating costs.
Waste fluid levels can also be managed with the Matrix system so storage problems are eliminated before they can begin.
