Graco Oil Pumps, Grease Pumps, Oil Meters, and Oil Reels

FES sells and services the complete range of Graco lubrication equipment and quick lube equipment. Graco Fireball pumps are used to dispense motor oil, gear oil, cutting oil, hydraulic oil, machine coolants, ATF and petroleum based products. Graco lubricant pumps can be used to transfer fluids and lubricants from pails, drums, tanks, and totes.

A typical Graco oil dispensing package for 55 gallon drum and bulk oil tank systems may include the items listed below. We can customize these systems to meet specific requirements by using different component parts and accessories. FES offers a complete range of lubrication accessories, replacement parts, and repair services to keep down time at a minimum.

• Graco 246775 Mini Fireball 3:1 ratio oil pump may be used in small to medium car repair facilities depending on the distance and number of reels the oil will be pumped. A Graco 238108 Fireball 425 6:1 ratio oil pump may be used in commercial and equipment fleet applications where greater volume transfer is needed.

• Filter/Regulator with automatic drain and metal bowl are needed and recommended to prevent dirt and moisture contamination entry into the air pump and automatically drain water from the regulator. Our experience shows metal drain bowls maintain their structural integrity better than plastic drain bowls.

• A desiccant air breather with check valves and air filter element is used to prevent dirt and moisture contamination from entering drum and tank systems during contraction and expansion caused by temperature variation

• Graco oil hose reels for car repair shops and quick lube centers may include part number  237022  350 series  1/2"  50' oil reel. For commercial and fleet applications Graco part number  224058  500 series  1/2"  50'  oil reel may be used.

• Graco oil meters for automotive repair facilities may include part number  238461 EM5  digital oil meter. For commercial and fleet applications Graco part number  238511  PM5 preset digital oil meter may be used.
