Alemite compressed air filters feature two stage filtration for removing condensation and particle contamination from the air supply before air enters your equipment. Water contamination can cause corrosion in equipment component parts and lead to expensive equipment failure and production downtime. This can be prevented with Alemite air filter moisture separators fitted upstream of your equipment.

Manual drain filters can be fitted with part number B334547-1  automatic drain for improved efficiency and equipment protection. This feature eliminates personnel from having to manually drain the filter. When the filter is not drained the accumulated moisture can reduce air flow to your equipment. This will cause more energy to be used by the compressor to flow air against the resistance and allow water into your tools causing more problems. 

The particulate filter stage uses a 40 micron filter element to trap contamination to prevent contaminant entry into downstream equipment. Equipment air passages stay cleaner and equipment performs more efficiently for maximum productivity. Your equipment will last longer as a result of having particulate filter protection.
